Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, etc.).
- Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order.
- You must provide a video proof of opening the package to show the condition of the product.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at support@thegaurangi.com with your order details, reason for return, and a video proof of opening the package.
- Approval: Once we receive your return request, we will review it and send you a return authorization email with further instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, you must provide an opening video proof of the package showing the damage. Please email us the video along with your return request.
- Other Reasons: If you are returning the product for any other reason, the return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Exchanges
No Exchange Policy
- At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@thegaurangi.com with your order details, a photo of the damaged or defective item, and an opening video proof of the package.
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Resolution Process
- Upon receiving your report, we will review the issue and provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective item.
- Once we receive and inspect the damaged or defective item, we will process a full refund.
