Refund Process
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only available for items that are returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, etc.).
- Refunds must be requested within 2 days of receiving your order.
- You must provide a video proof of opening the package to show the condition of the product.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Us: Email us at support@thegaurangi.com with your order details, reason for the refund request, and a video proof of opening the package.
- Approval: Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and send you a return authorization email with further instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- Damaged or Defective Items: We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items. However, you must provide an opening video proof of the package showing the damage. Please email us the video along with your refund request.
- Other Reasons: If you are returning the product for any other reason, the return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Approval
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
