Q: How much do you charge for shipping? A: We offer free shipping on orders with a total value of Rs. 999 or more. For orders less than Rs. 1000, a shipping fee of Rs. 50 applies.
Exchange Possibility and Timeline
Q: Can I exchange a saree if it doesn't fit or if I change my mind? A: Currently we don't have exchange policy, however you can return product if you didn't like it and place different order.

Q: Can I return a saree if I am not satisfied with my purchase? A: Yes, we accept returns within 2 days of delivery for unused sarees.
Q: What is the timeline for returns? A: Returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Quality and Damaged Items
Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged saree? A: We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please email us at support@thegaurangi.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged saree and opening video of package when it received.

Q: Do your sarees come with a warranty? A: Our sarees do not come with a warranty. However, we ensure the highest quality standards in craftsmanship.
Q: How should I care for my saree? A: To maintain the beauty of your saree, we recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand washing in cold water. Avoid direct sunlight and store in a cool, dry place.
